Welcome to Scrubs Car Wash. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of scrubscarwash.com (the "Site"), our text messaging program, and the services we offer at our location at 3135 SW 42nd Street, Gainesville, FL 32608. By using the Site or signing up for text messages, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site or sign up for texts.

In these Terms, "Scrubs," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Scrubs Car Wash.

1. SMS / Text Messaging Program

Program name: Scrubs Car Wash Text Alerts

Program description: When you opt in, Scrubs Car Wash may send you text messages about [customer service replies, membership and account updates, billing notifications, promotions and special offers, and wash updates such as weather closures or equipment status]. Some of these messages may be marketing messages.

How you opt in: You may opt in by entering your mobile number on a form on our Site and checking the consent box, [texting a keyword such as JOIN to 352.366.WASH (9274), or [giving consent in person or through our app]. When you opt in, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Scrubs Car Wash at the number you provided, including messages sent using automated technology.

Consent is not required to buy anything. You do not have to agree to receive text messages as a condition of purchasing any wash, membership, product, or service.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies.

Costs: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details on your plan.

How to opt out: You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. You'll receive one final message confirming you've been unsubscribed, and you won't receive further messages unless you opt in again. You may also use other reasonable words to opt out, such as END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT.

Supported carriers: Our program is available on major U.S. wireless carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Changing your number: If you change or deactivate your mobile number, please reply STOP from that number first or let us know so we don't message whoever gets the number next.

Your mobile information: We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or text messaging opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared only with service providers that help us operate the text program (such as our messaging platform), and only as needed to deliver messages to you. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Florida customers: In keeping with Florida law, we will not send marketing text messages before 8:00 a.m. or after 9:00 p.m. (recipient's local time), and we will not send more than three marketing messages on the same topic within a 24-hour period.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with how the Site works, try to access areas you aren't authorized to use, or copy or reuse Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission. All logos, images, text, and design elements on the Site belong to Scrubs Car Wash or its licensors.

3. Wash Services

All washes are subject to the posted instructions, safety rules, and vehicle requirements at our location. Please follow all signage in the automatic and self-serve bays. Scrubs is not responsible for damage caused by loose, damaged, or aftermarket parts; pre-existing damage; or failure to follow posted instructions. Any damage claims must be reported to us [before leaving the premises / within 24 hours] so we can review the situation.

4. Memberships and Payments

Memberships are managed through the Touch4Wash app and are subject to the terms shown at sign-up. Recurring memberships renew automatically and will be billed to your payment method on file until you cancel. You may cancel [through the app / by contacting us at 352.366.WASH (9274)] before your next billing date to avoid future charges. 5. Promotions

Promotions and special offers sent by text, email, or social media are subject to any stated expiration dates and conditions, can't be combined unless noted, and have no cash value.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Site and text program are provided "as is." We don't guarantee that the Site or messages will always be available, error-free, or delivered on time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scrubs Car Wash is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, the text program, or our services.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Site and text program is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the Site or remain subscribed to texts after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Alachua County, Florida.
